My journey into wellness began where I've spent my career: in healthcare. Every day, I see firsthand what happens when people don't take control of their own health, and I've witnessed the toll of a system that too often reaches for medication before it looks for the root cause. That reality became deeply personal when I lost my mother far too early, in part due to treatments and pharmaceuticals that were prescribed all too easily.

That loss changed me. It reaffirmed what I've always believed: that we are meant to take ownership of our own well-being, and that some of the most powerful tools for health are natural ones. As I've grown older, I've come to understand just how much our daily choices shape the quality and length of our lives.

I created Ntegrity Health to empower you to do exactly that — to take control of your health through natural, restorative practices rather than relying on medicine to be the cure. The name reflects the heart of everything we do: integrity, an honesty with ourselves to make our health the priority, and the wholeness that comes from caring for our bodies the way nature intended.
